Abstract

Reliability data delivery system has been developed from SCC to User (TT&C) at an application layer of the OSI model (in addition to TCP protocol facilities), by means of feedback mechanism together with the identification of unsolicited SCC requests and also with the request of lost messages over-interrogation from User.
