Abstract

As the adjustment effect of automatic generation control (AGC) is not ideal in the interconnected power grid, and the independent control area doesn't have enough control resources, as well as the energy storage system has the characteristics of fast charging and discharging, this paper puts forward the AGC coordination control method including the energy storage system based on the area control error (ACE). 基于区域控制误差的互联电网储能系统AGC协调控制方法研究
针对互联电网中自动发电控制(AGC)调节效果不理想、独立控制区控制资源不足以及储能系统具有快速充放电的特点,提出了基于区域控制误差(ACE)的包括储能系统在内的AGC协调控制方法。该方法可以很好地使ACE与充放电储能系统相结合,丰富了AGC控制策略,弥补了区域控制资源稀缺性的不利影响,具有人为控制循环次数和深度的优点,且相关参数易于修改。通过建立两区互联电网的算法案例,在MATLAB/Simulink环境下进行仿真,结果表明,该储能系统可以提高ACE的平滑度,提高电网频率质量,降低联络线功率波动。
