Abstract

’How we wake up each day and our morning routine dramatically affects our level of success in every single area of our life ‘’ once said by HARPER SPERO. On 23rd March 2020 onwards many people rejected their routine work because of the Pandemic COVID -19 conquering globally and the Government called for an emergency lockdown.
