Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan basic movement berpindah tempat terhadap kelincahan atlet bulu tangkis. Penelitian menggunakan eksperimen dengan desain pretest and posttest group experiment. Subjek berjumlah 9 atlet. Selama 24 kali pertemuan dengan latihan 90 menit setiap kali pertemuan, subjek diberi pelakuan basic movement berpindah tempat berupa lunges berpindah tempat, ingkling satu kaki berpindah tempat, loncat dua kaki berpindah tempat, dan sprint. Setelah diberikan perlakuan, subjek akan menjalani tes kelincahan menggunakan instrumen Illinois agility run test. T-test digunakan untuk analisis data dengan signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukan ada pengaruh latihan basic movement berpindah tempat terhadap kelincahan atlet bulu tangkis dengan nilai thitung (26.870) ttabel (2.306). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, disarankan pada pelatih maupun pembina bulu tangkis untuk menggunakan latihan basic movement berpindah tempat untuk mendukung pencapaian kelincahan atlet bulu tangkis. This study aims to determine the effect of basic movement-moving places training on the agility of badminton athletes. The study used an experiment with a pretest and posttest group experiment design. Subjects amounted to 9 athletes. For 24 meetings with 90 minutes of practice for each meeting, the subjects were given basic movements of moving places in the form of lunges moving places, ingkling one leg moving places, jumping two feet moving places, and sprinting. After being given treatment, the subject will undergo an agility test using the Illinois agility run test instrument. T-test was used for data analysis with a significance of 5%. The results showed that there was an effect of basic movement-moving places training on the agility of badminton athletes with a value of tcount (26.870) ttable (2.306).
