Abstract

Kelincahan merupakan kemampuan fisik yang harus dimiliki seorang atlet bulu tangkis dalam performanya. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan basic movement berpindah tempat terhadap kelincahan atlet bulu tangkis. Penelitian menggunakan eksperimen dengan desain pretest and posttest group experiment. Subjek berjumlah 9 atlet.
