Abstract

Employees often do not like their job and are not interested to change, as they are bored. This has a material adverse effect on their wellbeing, job and relationship with manager. This paper analysis in which way coaching can be used in remedying the so called “boreout syndrome” and provides guidelines on how managers and employees can use this method.
