Abstract

从卷烟生产的多品种、产能匹配、前瞻性和实用性的角度出发,采用“专家打分法”(部分集成德尔菲法)量化评价卷烟生产、制造丝叶、丝叶膨胀、茎丝生产、混炼站等典型混炼工艺;根据卷烟生产过程能力评价技术标准,确定杭州卷烟厂丝步21的特征和质量控制参数基本项目,运用层次分析法分析确定评价体系权重,构建卷烟生产过程能力综合评价模型;基于MES系统开发的过程能力快速评价系统,使信息平台既全面制定了传统加工模式,又全面制定了分组加工模式,全过程能力评价对生产过程的持续优化和产品质量的稳步提高起到指导作用。
