Then, through the mapping relationship between the customers personalized configuration requirements and the product configuration module, a product configuration design model considering the customer demand preference is constructed. Meanwhile, the periodic constraint vector algorithm is used to evaluate the customer demand preference and determine whether to respond to the customer preference information. Abstract

In the process of product configuration design, the change of customer demand preference will inevitably lead to the increase of product configuration tasks and the extension of product configuration cycle. 基于客户需求偏好的网络规划技术产品配置设计过程评价与决策方法
在产品配置设计过程中,客户需求偏好的变化必然导致产品配置任务的增加和产品配置周期的延长。为满足客户需求偏好,在产品配置设计周期约束下优化产品配置设计方案,提出了一种基于网络规划技术的客户需求评价与决策方法,以满足客户多样化、个性化的需求。首先,在产品配置设计模块和配置过程细分结果的基础上,利用网络规划技术计算出共同需求下初始产品配置方案所需周期;然后,通过客户个性化配置需求与产品配置模块之间的映射关系,构建了考虑客户需求偏好的产品配置设计模型。同时,采用周期约束向量算法对客户需求偏好进行评估,确定是否响应客户偏好信息。最后通过算例验证了所提方法的科学性、合理性和有效性。
