In order to satisfy the customer demand preference and optimize the product configuration design scheme under the constraints of the product configuration design cycle, a customer demand evaluation and decision-making method based on network planning technology is proposed to meet the diversified and personalized needs of customers. Firstly, based on the product configuration design module and the subdivision results of the configuration process, the network planning technology is used to calculate the required period of the initial product configuration scheme under common requirements. Then, through the mapping relationship between the customers personalized configuration requirements and the product configuration module, a product configuration design model considering the customer demand preference is constructed. Meanwhile, the periodic constraint vector algorithm is used to evaluate the customer demand preference and determine whether to respond to the customer preference information.
