Globally, data obtained from 40% of total HIV cases occur in young people aged 15-24 years or it is estimated that more than 7,000 adolescene were infected with HIV every day. Puberty is the right target to be the object of reproductive health education. This activity . was carried out in April 2020. The focus of the activity was to increase students' understanding of SMA Muhammadiyah Kendal towards healthy reproduction so that adolescents have a wider view of reproduction and protect themselves from adolescent problems. There is an increase in adolescents' understanding of reproductive health, before presentation of this material the result was 57%, after the presentation of the material the participants' understanding increased to 97.05%. The response of adolescents is very good, the enthusiasm of adolescents to understand is quite high.
