Abstract

In this paper we approach to accelerate the data processing of storage and computing separated big data systems. We propose an improved Network Interface Card with Query Filter (NIC-QF), implemented by FPGA on storage nodes, to accelerate the data queries, which can also reduce the workload and communication overhead on computing nodes.
