Risk Optimization on Husbandry Management

Abstract

The management of animal husbandry targets the maximization of the production outcomes and simultaneously decreasing the risk in their economic life. This research makes an analysis of possible analytical models, which target increase of the husbandry returns and minimization of the risk by allocated investment resources in several production components of animals. These models are based on formal developments of the portfolio theory. Several analytical models are derived. Their peculiarities and solutions are analyzed and compared.
