Based on the activities that have been carried out, Training for Leaders and Herbalists (TRALIS) is one form of positive activity that is very important given to students to revive enthusiasm for participating in teaching and learning activities in madrasas. Abstract

Abstract     This study aims to regenerate and increase students' learning motivation after experiencing a long learning process from home due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic through Training for Leaders and Herbalists (TRALIS). This study uses a qualitative approach, namely the type of field research (Field Research) by focusing on the observation method. COVID-19大流行后重振学生学习动机的努力
摘要:本研究旨在通过“领导与中医师培训”(TRALIS),帮助受新冠肺炎疫情影响的学生在经历了漫长的在家学习过程后,再生和提高学习动机。本研究采用定性的方法,即实地调研式(field research)的观察法。本研究的对象是阿利亚加努鲁伊斯兰塞卡贝拉伊斯兰学校宗教系12班的所有学生,共31名学生。根据已经开展的活动,领导者和草药师培训(TRALIS)是一种积极的活动形式,对学生来说非常重要,可以重新激发他们参与伊斯兰学校教学活动的热情。这个活动给学生在学习过程中带来了很多新的变化,学生对每一项活动都有了强烈的参与欲望,学生的自信心也有所增强,在课堂讨论过程中,学生的态度也不害怕出现在全班同学面前,表达自己的观点。关键词:新冠疫情后,学习动机,领导者和中医师培训(TRALIS)
