The spectrographic experiment was carried out on the XG-2 laser facility.The PET and KAP crystals are adopted as the dispersive elements,which measure X-ray in the 0.44~0.81 and 1.33~2.46nm region. Emission spectrum of Al plasmas and Ti plasmas have been successfully recorded by using X-ray CCD camera. It is demonstrated experimentally that the measured wavelength is accorded with the theoretical value.
