Abstract

Natural science research methods are appropriate for the study of existing and emerging phenomena; However, they are insufficient for the study of "wicked problems". We use design science research methodology to answer research questions relevant to human problems via the creation of innovative artifacts (RAUX), thereby contributing new knowledge to the body of scientific evidence. RAUX demonstrates the front-end interaction of a supportive Remote UX design system in Automotive. It does not only mitigate the automotive domain deficiencies that previous research highlights but also supports in remote UX research and design activities. The users can navigate through and be supported in various activities including contextualization, communication, and presentation.
