Abstract

The essence of functional food products, products of organic agriculture and produced from alternative protein sources (plant products, algae, insects and products of microbiological synthesis) is disclosed.On the basis of statistical data, the state of basic indicators in the global and domestic markets was analyzed. The most significant strategic advantages and development factors of these product markets are formulated.
