Conversely, this study is aimed at examining the effect of work environment and career progression, job design and reward system on the performances of employees. Using descriptive research design, the study employed the convenience and judgmental sampling techniques to select a study sample of 120 employees out of the total population of about 1500. Chi-square was used to test the hypothesis of the study. Findings revealed that quality work-life have a significant effect on employees’ performance. The study spelt out the need for organizations to put in place various strategies which could improve the quality of work-life of employees in order to get the best out of them in this dynamic global business environment. Abstract
