A Case of Zolpidem-Induced Sleep-Related Eating Disorder

The mechanism of SRED is still uncertain but it has been suggested to be related to dopaminergic dysfunction. A few cases of SREDs in association with zolpidem have been reported worldwide, but not yet reported in Korea. We report zolpidem-induced SRED in a patient with underlying restless leg syndrome, periodic leg movement and obstructive sleep apnea. J Korean Sleep Res Soc 2012;9:15-18
