The paper analyzes and evaluates the RNS-OFDM and the SC-FDMA systems, through measuring the BER, PARR, and Carrier-Interference-Ratio (CIR) for both systems. Abstract

The Residue Number System (RNS) used within Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplex (OFDM) systems as a pre-coding stage to overcome the foreseen OFDM drawbacks including the high signal Peak-to-Average-Power-Ratio (PAPR), and the Inter-Carrier-Interference (ICI) noise.
