Then, the correlation analysis between the energy consumption structure, industrial structure, and technological innovation ability was also carried. Furthermore, considering the peculiarities of carbon peak, carbon-neutral in Hunan Province, several different suggestions which come from the aspects of industry energy structure adjustment, innovation of production and supply mode, construction of green smart grid, and optimization of market pricing mechanism were provided. Abstract
