Mean, Pearson r, Multiple regression were used in the treatment of the data. Findings revealed that the level of leadership practice, work commitment, and teachers’ morale yielded very high results. Leadership practice and work commitment of school heads showed significant relationships with teacher’s morale. Abstract

Determining the leadership practice and work commitment of elementary school heads as determinants of teachers’ morale in Davao Region is the main objective of the study.
