Study on the Pattern of Oil and Gas Industry Stock Idle Land Use — from the Perspective of Linkage between Urban-land Taking and State-owned Rural-land Giving Policy

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to explore an effective way to solve the problem of oil and gas industry stock idle land use. Methods of documentation, case analysis and qualitative analysis were used. The results indicated that: oil and gas industry had accumulated a large amount of stock idle land outside the urban area due to various factors, which not only bring difficulties for the enterprises’ management, but also break the principle of economical and intensive use of land; enterprises had carried out some exploration, but the effect was poor; to solve this problem, this paper suggested formulating a policy of linkage between urban-land taking and state-owned rural-land giving.
