The main idea was to introduce thezone bean varieties with high content of Iron and Zinc in addition to other essential nutrients for human development, trying in the first place to consolidate productive areas that can be used in a rotating manner and help to contain the demand for healthy food in the school lunch and on the other hand the invasive pressure on the water reserve since in the last times the migratory agriculture has intensified. Abstract

This work tries to discern the essential quantitative and qualitative aspects that we must analyze when we study the theme "School Snack" knowing that one of the objectives of this program is to improve the nutrition of children.
