Focus of study is the efficiency of SMEs supply chain management and the quality level of their third-party logistic relationship. The re-search target represents Bulgarian small and medium-sized businesses. The statistics computation demonstrated approval of conducted analysis as reliable in regards of selected variables and conceptual model. The conducted factor analysis confirms the validity of the study.
