Abstract

The scholars found that the Pharmacy firms in industries competitiveness had less an employee satisfaction within these global pandemic situations. This research could be study among research gap within the employeefactors within the pharmacy industry in Indonesia and impact by the firm’s performance. Moreover, the novelty result of the model of the attempt of an employeesatisfaction and its contribution on body of knowledge on theory of goal setting theory.
