C-Terminal Telopeptide and Tartrate-Resistant Acid Phosphatase as Markers of Bone Resorption

Abstract

The results of a study of biochemical markers of bone metabolism in patients with osteomyelitis are presented. An increase in bone resorption markers is informative in the diagnosis of osteomyelitis in the early stages of the disease, which allows the use of this method in a comprehensive examination of patients with suspected osteomyelitis.
