Abstract
Thrombi are the most common intracardiac masses, located within atrial cavities, ventricular cavities, or both. Cardiac thrombi vary considerably in size, morphology, and mobility. On cardiovascular magnetic resonance (CMR), signal intensities on different CMR sequences allow a highly accurate diagnosis of thrombi.
