Abstract

The paper presents that modeling and simulation of a single ended forward converter inebriates for the popular isolated switched mode power supply (SMPS) for the practical applications. The design optimizations optimize the optimal ratings of the active and passive components to accomplish the compact size, high power density and high power converter ratios of the converter. The performance improvements are the optimal solutions of the design parameters with simple PWM control strategy as objective of the paper
