This presentation describes the dilemma's and risk that are commonly encountered by several development organizations. This piece tackles the topic based on the perspective of Plan in Netherland. It focuses on Plan as an organization, how it works, where it works, the challenges it faces as an organization and how it handles these challenges and risks.
