Nowadays, people are following improper lifestyles such as unhealthy diet, lack of exercise, stressful life, consumption of alcohol, and smoking which is making our health condition worse, and slowly our body is becoming prone to different kinds of diseases. Diabetes has been the most common disease in the past few decades. In a survey, a conclusion was obtained that people with diabetes are having more chances of heart disease. Early detection of disease helps us to take preliminary action which saves life. It helps to understand the body’s situation and medicate before any bad thing happens. The details of the test and result are obtained as a hardcopy from clinical labs, which might be lost or tampered with due to certain reasons. Hence, there is a need to store those details in a secured storage platform to know the medical history of the patient. Sharing medical records allows physicians to understand the patient’s health, which helps them to provide the best possible treatment during an emergency.
