This paper summarizes the practical experience of rural property right mortgage financing in Wuhan, Chengdu, Chongqing, and other areas. Then analyzes the restrictive factors in rural property right mortgage financing, such as imperfect laws and regulations, high financing cost, banks, and other financial institutions are not active, and so on. Abstract
