Abstract

The technology fMRI is popular and feasible in researching human brain function, but the processing data produced by fMRI is tough. Presently, there are some kinds of methods for processing data, but they have its advantages and disadvantages, and some have slow convergence rate and bad stability. According to fMRI data's characteristics, we plan to use GA which has been done some modification. Though computing and testing, the new method has remedy other algorithms' shortage, and it will enhance the processing data efficiency and effectiveness.
