Abstract

For high power applications, multiphase machines are increasingly used for reasons of reliability and power segmentation. We propose here to study the most common example of multiphase machines, the double star asynchronous machine (DSAM). This paper, firstly, presents the modelling of the DSAM based on the transformation of the Park, which is very important for the study, analysis and simulation of the machine control.
