Abstract

Trend of online shopping has been increasing from last several years. Consumers can easily buy or order from online as they are getting the product with much discounted rates. Consumers of urban areas are more likely to order products from online, but the same thing is not applicable to rural consumers. The objective of this research study is to measure the problems faced by rural & urban consumers while purchasing product through online.
