Capitalismo, desarrollo, imperialismo, globalización: una historia de cuatro conceptos

Abstract

This article addresses a series of controversies which have come to surround the concepts of «development», «globalization», and «imperialism», with regard to whether they may serve as descriptors of capitalist development and in what way. The article offers a general vision of criticism of the dominant discourse on those concepts from a critical development studies’ perspective.
