Using combination of fixed and mobile cognitive networks, a large disaster communication network is organized. Abstract

Wireless LANs are very useful as disaster information networks because of their mobility, portability and easy installation. However, in the actual disaster case, electric power line is also damaged and those wireless LANs cannot be functioned.
