Based on the fading of realistic satellite-earth models like the atmospheric absorption model and rainfall attenuation model, a suitable transmitter/receiver model is established to analyze the effects of orbital altitude and inclination on link parameters. Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the coverage performance and communication link parameters of medium-orbit constellation and low-orbit constellation in satellite communication system.
