Abstract

This study aims to determine the construct validity of the Multi-dimensional Transformational Training Programs Scale in private universities in the Jordanian capital, Amman. The study involves a quantitative investigative approach via a questionnaire-based survey of all employees in private Jordanian universities in Amman.
