Coal Enterprises Merger and Acquisition Risk Unascertained Clustering

Abstract

Presently, China’s coal enterprises are in a merger and acquisition (M&A) phase environment. The coal enterprises in the process lack the risk control theoretical support. The paper built a coal enterprises M&A risk influence index system, using unascertained clustering method to analyze 2004-2008 coal enterprises M&A data. Given membership of samples belong to various types, the paper better resolved coal enterprises M&A risk classification problem.
