Abstract

Identification of optimal method for diagnosing organizational structures of an enterprise. Today, the traditional model of governance is undergoing changes that affect all societies, including public administration. The analysis of traditional structures of management and based on the analysis develops a new management model, adapted to public administration on the example of the Ural interregional territorial administration of Rosstandart. The analysis allowed improving the organizational structure of public administration by optimizing the functional characteristics of the activities of the UITA of Rosstandart.
