Abstract

The article analyzes the experience of introducing a program for adapting young special-ists to the working environment on the example of a separate enterprise, assesses the ef-fectiveness of the program, identifies its strengths and weaknesses, as well as the causes of contradictions in the team in the process of interaction between novice specialists and experienced co-workers.
