The device comprises of three main parts being the power supply which can be any common 5V battery, the control block comprising two LM555 timers permitting to start and stop the game and the moving targets represented by LEDs lit by an IC4017 decade counter. Abstract

In underdeveloped countries, many children do not have access to modern toys due to poverty. The situation often leads children to play outside without any supervision.
