Abstract

The Task-Oriented Portfolio Assessment (TOPA) model and associated software support have been demonstrated to be effective in engaging students in a range of computer science education units. This research revolves around incorporating additions to the TOPA model and software tooling to scaffold the formative feedback processes through improved student focus and more consistent tutor guidance.
