The proposed STNEP problem is modelled using a DC power flow model. The performance of the proposed scheme is tested on the modified Garver 6-bus system. Abstract

This paper presents, a static transmission network expansion planning (STNEP) with considering the pumped-storage (PS) unit, and the transmission switching (TS) concept.
