Modern microwave range integrated circuits based on GaAs and its solid solutions

Abstract

The object of this report is to show some achievements and development problems of domestic integrated semiconductor microwave electronics on the basis of practical experiment and achievements, stored in the Scientific-Research Institute for Microdevices of the NPO ELAS. Attention was given to questions related to integrated microwave electronics use in the space microelectronic apparato-building, in satellite communications systems and Earth remote sensing from space.
