Abstract
Here we present a side-by-side comparison of LIDT of highly-reflective
mirrors at a central wavelength of 1064 nm produced via MF magnetron-
and RF magnetron-sputtering deposition methods. The latter sample
demonstrates LIDT >90 J/cm2.
