Intellectual property management system in the NAS of Belarus

Abstract

As part of the implementation of the state policy in the field of innovation, the system of intellectual property management in the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus is described. It allowed subordinate organizations to become one of the leaders in our country in terms of creating inventions, utility models, plant varieties and know-how, as well as licensing industrial property in the territory of the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation. The main directions for further improvement of work in the field of intellectual property in the Academy of Sciences are determined. „
