As the grating frequency increases, some groups of lines of higher spatial frequency became distinguishable as expected; however, certain groups of lines of lower spatial frequency that were formerly distinguishable become indistinguishable. Abstract
We present a numerical investigation of the structured illumination method (SIM) algorithm.
