This paper aims to implement a glass bottle spray coating system using programmable logic controller (PLC) along with SCADA (WinCC RT advanced) and proportional Integral Derivative (PID) control system. For glass bottle spray coating, accurate temperature and density level needs to be maintained, which is emphasized in our proposed system. In this work, temperature sensor is used to detect the temperature of water and level switch is used to detect the water level.
