Abstract

This article presents the results of the control of a buck converter with a PID controller using the co-simulation tool between Multisim and LabVIEW. Both programs interacted together to couple the analog circuit with the digital controller simulating the responses as if it were in a real scenario. The results show that it was possible to improve the output of the buck converter with an FPGA PID controller that works in real time.
