Research method was a descriptive -survey. The study population consisted all 213 Azad university students in the city of Khash. Random cluster sampling was in multi-stage and research instrument is self-control questionnaire, social adjustment (personality measurement of California) and the Oxford Happiness. The findings of research suggest that self-control was effectively related to happiness and social adjustment. Also, there was a significant relationship between happiness and social adjustment of students. Abstract
