Abstract

Abstract—The purpose of administrative management specialty in Colleges and universities in China is to cultivate professionals who can engage in administrative management, policy research, Management Prediction and analysis, organization and personnel management, organ management and administrative management teaching and research in Party and government organs, enterprises and institutions. 摘要:中国高等学校行政管理专业的目标是培养在党政机关、企事业单位从事行政管理、政策研究、管理预测与分析、组织人事管理、机关管理、行政管理教学与研究的专业人才。然而,该专业毕业生就业形势不容乐观,理论教学与实践严重脱节,课程体系不合理是主要原因。本文构建模糊综合评价模型对课程体系进行评价,找出高校行政管理专业课程体系存在的缺陷,从而提出有针对性的改进课程体系的策略,最终达到理论联系实际的教学目标。
